Abstract

Human resources are the most important thing that an organization has, but the problem of human resources is a challenge for management because the success of management depends on the quality of human resources. If the human resources in the company can run effectively, the company will continue to run effectively. Research entitled “The Influence Of Leadership Style On Employee Performanc”. This is done to discuss the problem, namely whether there is a relationship between leadership style and employee performance.This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance. The research method used by the author is to use quantitative (survey method), namely by observation and using a questionnaire which becomes the population and samples as many as 38 respondents.From the results of the research data analysis, it is concluded that there is an influence of the leadership style applied by the leadership on employee performance, this can be seen with a significance of a = 0.05 with the results of the t test = 7.755 and the significance> 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), meaning that the hypothesis can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the leadership style has a positive direct effect on employee performance.
