AUTHOR'S GUIDE

SAJMR: Southeast Asian Journal of Management and Research publishes scientific articles with topics relevant to the field of engineering, including research findings, simulations, and the development of fundamental concepts and innovations that align with the scope of Management Science scope.

Manuscripts proposed for publication in SAJMR: Southeast Asian Journal of Management and Research must be original works that have not been previously published in any other scientific journal in any form.

Articles can be written in English and Bahasa, following the principles of good and proper written language, using the provided template.

Other provisions: Reporting Standards: Authors must present accurate reports on their research work and provide objective discussions on its significance, as well as accurate data presentation. The paper should contain sufficient details and references to allow others to replicate the work. Plagiarism or intentionally providing inaccurate information is unethical behavior and unacceptable.

Data Access and Storage: Authors are requested to provide raw data related to the paper for editorial review and should be prepared to provide public access to that data if possible. In any case, authors should be prepared to store the data for a reasonable period of time after publication.

Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original. If authors have used the work and/or words of others, it should be appropriately cited or quoted.

Duplicate or Concurrent Publication: Authors should generally not publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously is unethical and unacceptable publishing behavior.

Citation: Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite influential publications that determine the nature of the reported work. Authors are required to include a minimum of two citations from Scopus-indexed journals and five citations from national journals or SAJMR: Southeast Asian Journal of Management and Research.

Paper Writing: The names of authors in the paper should be limited to those who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, implementation, or interpretation of the study being reported. All individuals who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where others have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors are included in the paper and that no inappropriate co-authors are listed, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: All authors must disclose any financial or other substantive conflicts of interest that could be interpreted to influence the results or interpretations of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.

Fundamental Errors in Published Works: When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
