PKM MANAGEMENT OF THE TEWAH JARI VILLAGE-OWNED ENTERPRISE EMPOWERMENT OF THE TEWAH PUPUH VILLAGE COMMUNITY, BENUA LIMA DISTRICT, EAST BARITO REGENCY

Abstract

The Tewah Jari Village-Owned Enterprise in Tewah Pupuh Village, Benua Lima Subdistrict, East Barito Regency, is an important initiative in empowering rural communities. Village-Owned Enterprises function as economic agents that improve community welfare through skilled management of local resources. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to encourage village community empowerment to be more actively involved in the management and development of Village-Owned Enterprises; increase the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprise managers through the dissemination of business management and operational efficiency of Village-Owned Enterprises with more transparent and professional management; increase broader market access for Village-Owned Enterprise products through digitization and online marketing. The methods and stages of activities include the dissemination of business management and digital technology for Village-Owned Enterprise managers, as well as marketing assistance through digital and online platforms. The results of the PKM implementation demonstrate an increase in the competence of Village-Owned Enterprise managers, particularly in areas such as business management and digital marketing. Village-Owned Enterprise managers can utilize digital platforms to expand product markets and optimize financial performance, thereby supporting the long-term survival of Village-Owned Enterprises.
