This research aims to analyze the psychological impact of bulliyng on the main charachater describe forms of bullying, and examine trauma representation in the novel Perundungan Maut by Ranissa Tya. The studi empoys qualitapive methods with a descriptive-analytical approach and library research methodology. Primary data was obtained from the novel Perundungan Maut (2021), while secondary data includes literature one psychology of literature, humanistic psychology of, an trauma theory. The analysis utilizes psychology of literature theory, Olweus’ s trauma theory, Judith Herman’s self-acceptance concept and Abraham Maslow’s self-actualization. Findings reveal that the psychological impact of bullying through the character Mia who experiences survivor’s guilt, intrusive fear, and cumulative trauma from witnessing bullying but choosing to remain silent. Trauma is visualized through supenatural elements symbolizing unresolved internal confllict. Mia’s self-acceptance process progresses phrough stages of self-awareness, self-understanding, self-acceptance, and self-actualization, demonstrating that trauma healing requires honest confrontation with past mistakes. The novel emphasizes the moral responsibility of bullying by standeres and human capacity for change and growth despite expriencing deep trauma.
