Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pastoral yang efektif dalam mendampingi Generasi Z dari keluarga broken home di gereja. Generasi Z, yang lahir di era digital, menghadapi tantangan spiritual dan psikologis yang unik, termasuk krisis identitas dan keterasingan dari komunitas gereja. Dengan pendekatan studi literatur terhadap 20 sumber utama, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana teknologi digital, kolaborasi dengan orang tua, dan penguatan komunitas gereja dapat menjadi solusi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa strategi holistik berbasis teknologi dan pendekatan inklusif dapat mendukung pertumbuhan spiritual Generasi Z secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi gereja untuk mengembangkan program yang relevan dengan kebutuhan spiritual generasi muda.
